President
IAN MASTERS is a BBC-trained broadcast journalist who has covered national security affairs for over 30 years on public radio and is the host of the nationally-syndicated news analysis public radio program “Background Briefing” at backgroundbriefing.org He has been a senior fellow at UCLA’s Center for Strategic and International Affairs and the UCLA Center for International Relations and was a consultant to the Center for National Security Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

STEPHANIE ZILL is a CPA whose practice consists of small- to mid-sized non-profit organizations. Other non-profit board affiliations include the Center for Biological Diversity (Treasurer) and American Wild Horse Campaign (Treasurer).

MEREDITH MASTERS is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Stanford University and the Marc and Laura Andreessen Medical Director for Disaster Relief.

TOBY MILLER is a visiting professor at Tulane University and the Stuart Hall Professor of Cultural Studies, Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Mexico City. His most recent books are A COVID Charter, a Better Future (2021) and Violence (2021).

LYDIA CAMARILLO serves as the President of Southwest Voter Registration Education Project a national non-profit non-partisan organization based out of San Antonio, Texas. She plays a key role in developing the tactical strategies for the SVREP nonpartisan voter registration, voter education and get out the vote (GOTV) campaigns. Prior to joining SVREP, Camarillo served as the National Director of the Leadership Development Program for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund.
